The Impact of Technological Personnel on Quality Performance of the Continuous Hot Galvanizing Unit of OJSC "MMK"

Abstract


This issue contains the factor analyses of the technical staff influence on workflow efficiency and losses.  In order to determinate the main factors effecting the workflow efficiency the manufactory employees were interviewed as well as the list of staff has been analyzed.
The study results were processed by the standard procedure of Mathematical Statistics in order to obtain the statistically adequate model. Each factor importance has been rated by the Group of Experts using the Fuzzy Sets Theory instruments.
