The Perspectives of Cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the European Union

Abstract


The article is about the drawbacks in the belarusian legislation, which create difficulties in the cooperation between this state and the EU. The author analyzes the history of relations between Belarus and the EU, proposes    possible reforms in the belarusian judicial system, electoral legislation, which can help to intensify the cooperation between these partners in different spheres.
