Annotation: The article reveals the Essence of such notions as "creativity" and "pedagogical creativity". It highlights the factors that obstruct the development of qualities and creative qualities of a person reflected based on the creativity and pedagogical creativity. The article discusses the compound basis, the principles, criteria and degrees that determine the degree of pedagogical creativeness.
