Education Technology of Primary Training Sport Wrestling

Abstract


Key words: methods of fighting techniques teaching, the stage of initial training, teaching methodology on the example of throwing a slope.

 

Annotation: The paper analyzes the methods of technical preparation at an early stage in training the young freestyle wrestlers. The effectiveness of teaching methods of technical and tactical actions is proposed and justified in the article.
