Annotation: The researcher describes the basic analyze of the CEFR and principals of adaptation to State Standard of educational system of Uzbekistan. It is given detailed analyze of the framework of the CEFR and new accepted framework of learning, teaching and assessment of foreign languages Educational System in Uzbekistan.
