Procedural Mechanisms of Dispute Resolution in the Conditions of Developing International Collaboration
Abstract
Key words: International procedural mechanisms, WTO, Eurasian Economic Union, research.
Annotation: The article focuses on studying international procedural mechanisms and their challenging issues at the global level as well as at the levels of Russian state and Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). For the purpose of comprehensive understanding of existing international procedural mechanisms some attention is paid to the quickly developing institute of alternative ways of dispute resolution.
