Annotation: The article reveals the concept of justice as one of the most important categories of philosophy and morality, political and legal consciousness. The author examines the specifics of the concept of justice in philosophical discourse. The study gives the comparative analysis of the subject in dynamics. The author emphasizes the urgency of this problem and outlines the ways for further research.
