Transformation of Law: Practical Challenges and Theoretical Answers
Abstract
This paper is devoted to the changes taking place in the life of Russia in XXI century, the need to give them political and legal evaluation. The author shows how it is important to improve and regulate the new relationship, folding in the community, raise the political culture of the legal profession.
