Purposeful Systems in General Theory of Systems
Abstract
In the article are the problem of definition purposefulness and possibility of purposefulness as important condition of optimality researched in open system’s. The methodology is parametric general theory of systems. The research of purposefulness of systems is important for understanding of self-organizing systems and possibilities of forecasting of the development of such systems
