PECULIARITIES OF TEACHING LATIN LANGUAGE AT MEDICAL UNIVERSITIES

Abstract


Key words: Latin language, motivation, terminological competence, medical terminology, terminology, innovative methods, motives, professional vocabulary.

Annotation: the relevance of this study is due to the fact that teaching the Latin language is an integral part of the training of a competent specialist. The main goal of studying this discipline at a university is to lay the foundations for the terminological competence of a future medical worker who is capable of studying medical disciplines, as well as in his practice, to competently and consciously use medical terminology of Greek-Latin origin. Within the framework of this study, an attempt was made to identify the most effective innovative methods of teaching the Latin language. Empirical, diagnostic methods and methods of mathematical statistics are used.
