Rural Areas Social Development Law as a Subbranch of Agrarian Law
Abstract
Description of rural areas social development law as a subbranch of agrarian law is given in the article. It is ascertained that this normative formation meets the criteria of law subbranch separation. The object of legal regulation of rural areas social development law, its institutes and principles are distinguished.
