Forming Political Leader Image in Modern Conditions

Abstract

Annotation: the article reveals the origin of the term “image”, as well as the processes of forming the image of a political leader in the modern conditions of development of Uzbekistan. The author reveals the peculiar qualities of a political leader and concludes that the reforms in the field of management that are taking place today in Uzbekistan are aimed not only at creating new management structures, but also at increasing the effectiveness of the leaders.
