Government Policy on Protection of Consumer Rights to Quality and Safety of Goods and Services

Abstract

One of the problems of modern Russia is the use of effective methods to protect consumers’ rights. The law improvement in protection of a consumer market from low-quality and dangerous products should enhance producer’s responsibility for the product quality.
