Law and Legislation in Ukraine: theoretical and law Aspect

Abstract


The article deals with content of jurisprudential categories “law” and “legislation”. The author points out their interpretation from the time of Russ. Attention is focused on the fact that the restriction of what constitutes “law” was in 1906, when the basic laws of the Russian Empire were approved, which were actually the first Russian constitution. It is crucial normative fixation of such definitions as “law” and “legislation”.
