Abstract

The article discusses the concept of power in the context of cultural aspect. It gives determination of  the nature of power, its evaluation and implementation of wildlife relates to the way people-through prioritizing aggression or competitiveness, which ultimately caused by the presence of a highly developed consciousness and intellect Exposure to extreme mental life.
