Preparation of Technical Service Personnel in Terms of Innovative Development of the Russian Engineering

Abstract


This article examines the role of technical service in engineering, training methods scope of maintenance and repair, deficit in this field personnel, the impact on the production processes of qualification, as solutions to the problem of training of highly qualified personnel in the field of maintenance and repair.
