The Notion of «Kernel» Organizational Structure
Abstract
Key words: organizational structure, kernel, business processes, kernel levels, kernel center, maturity.
Annotation: in the article the concept of the organizational structure of the nucleus. An analysis of typical organizational structures and concluded that there were commonalities and distinguishing features of the organizational structures. Levels are considered the nucleus and their components. Conclusions on the possibility of the use of this concept in the analysis of organizational structures and assess the level of maturity of the company's organizational structure.
