Annotation: considers the structural and substantial bases, components, technological and technical aspects of preparation of students of pedagogical high schools to communicate effectively. Investigation of this problem is caused by the very practice of continuous education system in the country that needs specialists with modern communication and information technologies to enable them, first of all, the communicative competence.
