Annotation: the peculiarities of affairs of educational establishment personnel toward the educational process as a main factor of effective management in educational establishments is revealed in the present article. In addition, opinions and conclusions of scientists-theoreticians on this issue are thoroughly analyzed. Special emphasis is put on presenting the descriptions of various methods for defining subjects affairs, as well as characterizing peculiarities of the structure components in unique system of educational establishment management.
