Woman Employment in the Conditions of Transformation of Society: Socio-Economic Dimension
Abstract
Key words: Republic of Sakha, women, the economically active population, unemployment, employment, professional education, and social policy.
Annotation: The paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the problems of employment population of the Republic Sakha in the new social reality. It is revealed that at the present stage of society development the involvement of the female population to work depends not only on the territorial and settlement areas, national identity, and the influence of socio-political, socio-demographic, socio-economic factors.
