The Role of Government in Shaping the Soviet Holidays (For example, the Russian festive culture of the 1920s and 1930s)

Abstract


The article presents a study in cultural studies. Produced the study of literature, which describes the festive culture, the role of government, the impact of government ideology, etc.  As well as made public polls about holidays USSR. So identified some mechanisms of influence on the formation of government ideology of Soviet society.
