Researching the Institute of Necessary Defense
Abstract
Key words: necessary defense, the right to self-defense, the limits of self-defense, immediate threat.
Annotation: The article deals with the legal mechanism of action of the criminal law on self-defense, it identifies the most common errors that occur in the implementation of this mechanism in the law enforcement and judicial authorities, and develops specific proposals for further improvement of the criminal legislation necessary for the defense and improvement of its implementation.
