Apocalyptical Motives in “Metropolitan Text” of A. Deblin and N. Hvylyevoy
Abstract
The comparative and typological analysis of apocalyptical motives in “metropolitan text” of A.Deblin and N.Hvylyevoy is held in the article. Opposition of “Babilon/Paradise” has a symbolic meaning in their prose, underlines ambivalent nature of the city as an area of evil and kindness, death and life, chaos of progress.
