The Functional-Target and Program-Target Approaches: Comparative Analysis
Abstract
The author announces the new tool of scientific research - «the functional-target approach» (FTA). Distinctive features of the new approach, by its comparison with the well-known program-target approach (PTA) are described. It is specified on a priority scope of the new approach and its perspectivity for the decision of scientific problems. Its function-oriented comparison with the program-target approach are executed. The conclusion about mutual complementability of compared approaches and high efficiency of their joint application are made. The list of the scientific works showing application of the functional-target approach are presented.
