Abstract

As a result of research for the first was proposed new structure of the stress field in the Earth’s crust that occurs in cyclic expansion and contraction of the Earth, including gravity-tectonic stress and astrophysical chronological bound and was given forecast of stresses in mine excavation in the mines of the world up to 2020 and 2030.
