Conductivity of Nanostructured Materials, Saturated Hydrogen Atoms

Abstract

The conduction mechanism of the material, consisting of a large number of spherical nanoparticles of aluminum oxide and (or) nickel saturated with hydrogen atoms, was investigated. Detected state of the material, wherein the voltage drop across the material layer is small and does not depend on the current therein.
