Organizational Culture and its Impact on Efficiency of Educational Process

Abstract


The article discusses concepts "culture" and "organization". Determination of the main components of culture gave the opportunity to stay in one general concept of "organizational culture". Definitions of "group", "team" have allowed the object to translate articles on social community, such as a "group". The experimental part is devoted to the diagnosis of culture and identification of key components of its influence and the diagnosis of social and psychological adaptation as a factor responsible for the effectiveness of training. Methods used to evaluate the capacity and allowed to determine the level of culture, and to determine the psychological atmosphere in the group. To determine the relationships between the characteristics of the organizational culture and effective learning method used rank correlation. The results given to the conclusions form some recommendations for improving the organizational culture in the student group
