Commentary to the "Hypothesis of the Origin of the Black Sea"

Abstract

This article is a continuation of the author's arguments, previously published in the article "The Hypothesis of the Origin of the Black Sea." The author extends the range of his interests and makes new findings, based on the parameters: the level of the Oceans and the power of the polar caps of Earth.
