Holistic and Cultural Approach to the Innovation Development of the Russian Economy

Elena B. Ivushkina, Irina B. Kushnir, Aleksandra A. Stradanchenko

Abstract

The article is devoted largely to the search of the latent factors and objective laws that affect the quality of economic and political changes taking place in Russia in recent years. It explains the necessity of abandoning the dominant of the technocratic interpretation of economic processes during a long period time (by measuring of various techno-economic indexes) in favor of a person, the main agent of the economy. In this case the authors pay attention to the formation of cultural and holistic aims, providing a much greater influence on the innovative behavior of real economic individuals than primitive pursuit by them their personal benefits.
