The Theory of Effective Demand of J. M. Keynes: Merits and Demerits

Abstract


The article from the perspective of J. Maynard Keynes considered the theory of effective millet. Particular attention is paid to the multiplier effect. We reveal that this model - an effective tool for the analysis of the industrial economy and its shortcomings identified in the analysis of post-industrial economy.
