Abstract

Institutional theory, on the one hand, is experiencing a renaissance period of its kind, on the other - is in a state of uncertainty associated with the ambiguity of interpretation of institutionalism in sociology and economics. These two sciences "fighting" for the priority position in this scientific approach, not forgetting to frame each other scientific labels and profound aphorisms. In this context, one can speak of the struggle between two titans: institutional sociology and institutional economics. However, the question arises: "How this struggle is optimal, efficient and reasonable?" Focusing on the rational choice theory, economists institutionalists go into the jungle to create "rights - economic." Sociologists, wandering through the jungle institutional sociology, created the "Man-institutional." Where then lost "Man - social", as found in this ocean of scientific passions origins "Man-wise?"
