Developing Creative Competence of School Teacher based on Technological Approach

Abstract


Key words: technological approach, educational and pedagogical technologies; professionalism, creative competence, the formation and development of creative competence.

 

Annotation: the possibilities of the formation and development of creative competence of the teacher on the basis of the technological approach (in education) are considered. The stages of the formation and development of the creative competence of the teacher are characterized; identifies areas of implementation of the technological approach, the corresponding innovative programs, technologies and techniques.
