Children with Disabilities: Definition, Classification
Abstract
Ensuring the implementation of rights of children with disabilities to education is considered as one of the most important tasks of the state policy in the education sphere, but also in the field of demographic and socio-economic development of the Russian Federation.
You must give children with disabilities quality education available to them so that they would become valuable and productive members of society, able to provide for themselves and perform civil duties, to be socially active. But now we see that the work with children more difficult from year to year: in General trend of decrease in the birth rate dramatically increases the number of children with disabilities.
